Truebeck Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Betsy Leaverton-Bice from Senior Estimator to Preconstruction Executive at our Portland, Oregon office.
Betsy is a Portland native and brings over 10 years of experience in construction with a history of completing large-scale projects for Apple, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Kilroy, Hudson Pacific Properties, and Uber. As Preconstruction Executive, Betsy partners with clients on design and cost management to deliver superior estimating services that add value to projects. Betsy is recognized for her total dedication to her clients and team, and strong leadership to get results.
Betsy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, where she was active in Green Buildings in Ghana, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Society of Women Engineers.
Betsy’s experience includes ground-up and interiors for commercial office, healthcare, and life sciences spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area, Oregon, and Washington.
