Thriftbooks Signs 15,000 SQFT Lease at Tukwila’s 6400 Corporate Center, the Seattle Suburbs’ Lone Q3 Office Deal Above 10,000 SQFT

Online used-book seller Thriftbooks signed a 15,114-square-foot new office lease at 6400 Corporate Center in its hometown of Tukwila, the only new suburban Seattle office deal of at least 10,000 square feet in a quarter when leasing slowed and rents kept sliding.
