(November 5, 2018) – Thad Mallory and Jason Rosauer, both senior vice presidents and top producing partners at Kidder Mathews commercial real estate firm, have been named Brokers of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Mallory won Industrial Broker of the Year for the third time. He holds the SIOR designation, and is a past WA State SIOR chapter president. Rosauer won Investment Broker of the Year for his achievement in commercial investment sales.
The SIOR awards recognize leading brokers in the commercial real estate industry for their outstanding achievements in client representation, transactional volume, and community involvement.
The Broker of the Year awards were announced at the 2018 NAIOP Night of the Stars Awards Gala that was held on November 2, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington.
