Terrene Property Group Breaks Ground on Vineyard Creek Project in Woodinville

Terrene Property Group has officially commenced construction on Vineyard Creek, an upscale residential project within the $700 million Harvest mixed-use community in Woodinville. This groundbreaking move marks the start of a significant development featuring 45 high-end duplex homes, blending luxurious living with the convenience of a condominium style.

Vineyard Creek is hoping to redefine high-end housing in the region. The duplex homes, each priced starting at under $2 million, offer a blend of luxury and practicality, according to a report in the Puget Sound Business Journal. Prospective homeowners can anticipate residences ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, equipped with three to five bedrooms.

The development team is looking to deliver the first homes by the fourth quarter of this year. The entire 3-acre Vineyard Creek project is slated for completion by the end of 2025.

The distinct design of the residences will offer the feel of single-family homes combined with the convenience of lock-and-leave. The Harvest development, once completed, will feature a wine-themed hotel, extensive retail space, and over 400 residential units.

Terrene Property Group had secured a $46 million construction loan through Sound Capital. Upon completion, Vineyard Creek is expected to hold a total value of approximately $80 million, according to the report.

The broader Harvest development is set to offer a rich array of amenities, including the Somm Hotel and Spa, and gourmet dining experiences from renowned restaurateurs like Ethan Stowell. Moreover, its location in Woodinville’s new Wine Village, close to Redmond, positions Vineyard Creek as another choice for professionals seeking a balance of urban and suburban living.
