Seattle, WA (April 2025) – Tarragon is excited to announce the promotions of Chad Purdue and Grahm Satterwhite. Both have made meaningful contributions to the company and continue to play important roles in our ongoing growth.
Chad Purdue has been promoted to Land Development Manager. Chad has been a key member of the team leading the development of Uplands, Tarragon’s first master-planned community in South Hill, Puyallup. The initial phase of single-family homes is located on 110 acres of sloped terrain, with an additional 173 acres currently under development. With home sales underway in Phase I, Chad is now focused on planning and delivering future phases of this growing community of more than 1,000 homes.
Grahm Satterwhite has been promoted to Director of Development. Since joining Tarragon in 2021, Grahm has been actively involved in shaping our multi-family development pipeline in the Puget Sound region. He is currently overseeing two large multi-family projects and has contributed to the continued expansion of our residential portfolio through his thoughtful approach and steady leadership.
