Tarragon, a Seattle-based real estate development company, recently welcomed George Esau, Development Associate; Brittany Long, Executive Assistant; Sophie McFadden, Front Desk Coordinator; John Limtiaco-Soldier, Project Engineer; and Tim Werfelmann, Construction Manager to their team.
George Esau joins Tarragon as a Development Associate. His initial focus will be supporting Tarragon’s industrial activities in the Puget Sound region. George recently completed his Masters in Commercial Real Estate Program at the University of Washington. In addition to the MSRE degree, George has a UW undergrad in economics and history and was the captain of the Men’s Rowing Team.
Brittany Long joins Tarragon as Executive Assistant and is the principal assistant and liaison for the President, Dennis Rattie. Brittany entered the Commercial Real Estate industry in 2015, and prior to joining Tarragon, she worked at Wright Runstad & Company. Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science from Washington State University, where she studied Psychology.
Sophie McFadden joins Tarragon as Front Desk Coordinator. She is responsible for providing general office support and oversees day-to-day tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Sophie attended New York University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communications.
John Limtiaco-Soldier joins Tarragon as a Project Engineer and will work on Tarragon’s residential projects throughout the Puget Sound region. John earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington, where he studied Construction Management. He worked for Hensel Phelps prior to transitioning to Tarragon and is LEED GA accredited.
Tim Werfelmann joins Tarragon as Construction Manager and will work on Tarragon’s residential projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Tim brings 10+ years of construction experience to Tarragon. Tim graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Architecture. He has participated in several community organizations by providing design consultation for the Federal Way Community Garden Foundation and serving as an AmeriCorps member at Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity.
