Tarragon, a Seattle-based real estate development company, recently welcomed Bayard Blair, Acquisition and Development Analyst; Jeff Lovshin, Development Manager; Katelin Carter, Marketing Manager; Monique Comeau, Development Associate and Peter Mann, Senior Construction Manager to their team.

“I’m very excited to have this talented group join the Tarragon team – their broad range of experience across development, construction and marketing will have an immediate impact across multiple areas of the company. I’m also encouraged by the energy they bring and can’t wait to see how we will all benefit from their efforts,” said Dennis Rattie, President of Tarragon.

Bayard Blair will help manage Tarragon’s acquisitions. Blair joins Tarragon from CBRE, where he worked as a financial analyst for the PNW Multifamily Investment Sales team. At CBRE, he supported the sales of over $4.5 billion of existing assets and developable land across Washington and Oregon, working with institutional and private clients.

Jeff Lovshin will help manage Tarragon’s multi-family development efforts. Lovshin joins Tarragon from The Bromley Companies, where he focused on the acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management of complex real estate projects.  At Bromley, he managed the development of a 1.5 million SF mixed-used development in Tampa, Florida and spearheaded the repositioning of a historic commercial office building portfolio in New York City.

Katelin Carter joins the team as Marketing Manager. Katelin brings 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry and will lead Tarragon’s marketing efforts along with generating creative content for the firm’s print and digital channels. Carter joins Tarragon from HEWITT, where she served as Marketing Manager for the architecture firm. She is actively involved in the real estate industry in Seattle and serves on the ULI Young Leaders Board.

Monique Comeau’s initial focus will be supporting the industrial activities in the Puget Sound region. Monique joins Tarragon from CBRE – Seattle, where she served as a Project Manager, providing multi-disciplined real estate project solutions and project delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients, spearheading all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual real estate projects. Monique was recognized as Project Manager of the Year in 2020 and received the prestigious CBRE Ambassador Award in 2018.

Peter Mann will focus on the construction management and subcontractor coordination of Tarragon’s multifamily projects. Mann joins Tarragon from Heartland Construction; DevCO Inc., where he was responsible for the professional consultant coordination, project planning, budgeting, estimating, contract buyout, and construction management. Mann brings over 30 years of experience to the construction and development industry, including 18 years of executive experience for Northwest land development and equity groups.
