(SEATTLE, WA) January 24, 2017: SVN / Raven is pleased to announce the purchase of the property located at 800 NW 62nd Street in Ballard, Washington. Renovated in 1987, the 4Plex consists of 3,890 SF with three detached garages on an LR1-zoned lot size of .17 acres. At the time of the sale, the vacancy rate was 3%. The property was purchased for $1,425,000.
The property owner M & A Equity LLC of Redmond, Washington, owned a 4Plex in Seattle, Washington purchased in 2014 for $850,000 in which he invested $150,000 and subsequently sold the property for $1,600,000. With the proceeds of the sale, M & A Equity LLC purchased a 19-unit apartment building in Everett and the property in Ballard.
