Spokane County, Selah Secure $3.3MM in Pentagon Grants for Fairchild Gate Road and Yakima Fire Training Center

Spokane County and the Selah Fire Department secured a combined $3.3 million in Defense Community Infrastructure Program grants to rebuild the road to a second gate at Fairchild Air Force Base and build a regional firefighter training facility serving the Yakima Training Center, the Pacific Northwest's only awards in the Pentagon's latest $230 million round.
