SEATTLE, Wash. — The Society for Marketing Professional Services 16th Annual Pacific Regional Conference (SMPS PRC) is taking place March 18–20, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency located at 808 Howell Street, Seattle, WA 98101. This year’s theme, “Going for Gold,” celebrates the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry’s relentless pursuit of excellence — highlighting the teamwork, discipline, and drive it takes for professionals across the field to stay at the top of their game.
Although full conference registration is sold out, there are still several opportunities for attendees to enhance their conference experience, or for non-conference attendees to participate. The conference is designed for marketing and business development professionals representing a wide range of architecture, engineering, construction, and other professional services firms across the West Coast.conference registration.
Pre-Conference Wednesday Workshops:
Three distinct pre-conference half-day workshops will be offered on Wednesday, March 18th from 8:00am – 12:30pm:
- Level Up Your In-House Visuals Game: Attendees will learn to build a winning visual content playbook—from techniques for effective in-house photography to how to hire external professionals.House Visuals Game:
- Demystifying Business Development in an Ever-Evolving Climate: This interactive workshop equips attendees with the tools, mindset, and confidence needed to confidently handle business development activities, regardless of experience level.
- InDesign Insights: Adobe InDesign is essential for A/E/C communications, yet many users miss out on key features that can give their work a competitive edge. Attendees will learn the fundamentals, advanced features, and more in this hands-on lab.

Opening Keynote + Welcome Reception Only Ticket: Only Ticket
New this year, a Wednesday-only option allows attendance at two of PRC’s most valuable events, without a full conference pass. Only 50 of these registrations are available. Single-day registration provides access to the opening keynote, by Tracy Joyner, Head Coach of the University of Oregon Women’s Soccer Team. Joyner will share insights on leadership, trust, and building high-performing teams — lessons that resonate across the A/E/C industry and underscore what it takes to train, grow, and compete at elite levels.

Thursday Night Social at SPIN Seattle
SMPS PRC and co-hosts SMPS Seattle and OpenAsset will host an evening of ping pong and networking for nearly 300 attendees at SPIN Seattle on Thursday, March 19th from 6:30 – 9:30pm.
