Ravenna Partners Breaks Ground on 104-Unit Lachlan Apartments in Seattle’s Fremont Neighborhood

Seattle developer Ravenna Partners has started construction on Lachlan, an eight-story, 104-unit apartment building on a long-stalled lot beside Fremont Brewing, reviving a project that sat entitled but unbuilt for years and positioning it to open ahead of a wave of competing Woodland Park Avenue North developments.
