A multi-tenant business park in Kent, Wash., has been purchased by a local investor. In a deal that was finalized at the end of January, a commercial asset known as the Kent Business Campus sold for $21,264,140. The seller of the property, according to public records, was an entity affiliated with Bellevue-based Rosen Harbottle Commercial Real Estate.
The Class C property is located at 823-841 North Central Ave. and totals 109,163 square feet, according to data from CommercialCafe. The buildings sit on just over six acres and the property includes 436 parking spaces. Located just off of State Route 167, the property is near Kent Station, a shopping center, and is not far from an Amazon fulfillment center and a FedEx Center.
Rosen Harbottle, which has been in business for 30 years, is a local firm whose investors are “drawn from a close-knit group of family and friends,” according to its website. Rosen Harbottle’s portfolio includes several other commercial properties, including the Lynnwood Corporate Center and Hillside Plaza Shopping Center, in Federal Way, Wash.
“At Rosen Harbottle we choose our investments with utmost care, selecting properties we can add value to while seeking out diversification as a hedge against a fluctuating market,” the company states on its landing page. “We base our business decisions on prudent financial principles and the sound fundamentals of the industry.”
The Kent Business Campus, which Rosen Harbottle sold, has been renovated as well, according to the firm. The property currently is home to industrial, office and retail uses, with tenants such as Express Employment Professionals, CosmoProf, and others.
