Leading sales and marketing company Polaris Pacific expands its team to support its growth into Seattle and Phoenix/Scottsdale markets, while doubling down in Northern and Southern California
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. (June 1, 2016) – As demand soars for urban high-rise residential buildings, leading West Coast sales and marketing company Polaris Pacific today announced a new leader within the sales division and the expansion of its team to support the company’s burgeoning growth on the West Coast. Long-time Polaris Pacific employee Wendy Novia will expand her responsibilities within a new role as Vice President of Sales; Polaris Pacific has also enlisted Rachel Weaver as Business Development Manager and Johanna Williams will be joining the company as Marketing Manager.
“As Polaris Pacific expands into markets across the West Coast, we are confident that these three team members will continue to build our reputation as a trusted resource for the country’s most prolific high-rise developers,” said Garrett Frakes, Managing Partner of Polaris Pacific. “Wendy, in particular, has been indispensable over the past several years, leading award-winning sales campaigns for some of the most recognizable developments on the West Coast and positioning the company at the forefront of the industry for sales results.”
A real estate sales and marketing veteran, Wendy Novia joined the Polaris Pacific team in 2007. In her new role as Vice President of Sales, she will directly oversee sales managers, sales teams and the entire sales operation in all of Polaris’ markets to help achieve companywide sales goals. Novia will ensure that all necessary sales systems and infrastructure is in place while managing key lender and client relationships. She began her real estate career as a real estate agent with Zephyr Real Estate and received her degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
Polaris Pacific Business Development Manager Rachel Weaver brings more than nine years of experience in sales, marketing and project management in the real estate and retail sectors. She will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in key markets, including Seattle, Arizona, Northern and Southern California. Weaver has been involved in the operation of over 4,500 residential units in over 23 developments valued at over $2.8B. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, she was a Product Manager for Gap, Inc., focusing on trend analysis and project management. Weaver received a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
Johanna Williams joins Polaris Pacific as a Marketing Manager handling branding, website design, email and social strategy, and customer and broker interface for Bay Area residential development projects. Prior to joining the company, Williams worked for The Related Companies in New York, where she oversaw the marketing budget for the firm’s nationwide portfolio and actively contributed to the rental division’s social media, event coordination and brand development efforts. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Southern California.
With a recognized presence in Northern and Southern California, Polaris Pacific is also active in the Scottsdale/Phoenix market, spearheading sales and marketing for Optima Kierland, a new residential community featuring unparalleled architecture, lush rooftop gardens and a fully outfitted Residents’ Club. The team has also expanded into the Seattle market with ELEV8, a new destination development lauded as one of the most significant mixed-use projects on the West Coast.
