She was formerly a senior manager at Ernst and Young before joining Peterson Sullivan in 2015, and is actively involved in the Real Estate practice team.
“The future of our firm relies on fresh, innovative leadership,” said Chris Russell, Managing Partner for Peterson Sullivan. “Bob and Codi have achieved this milestone in their careers due to their technical expertise, exceptional client service, and positive cultural impact to the firm. Both of these individuals exemplify our core values and with their respective experiences, skills, and backgrounds enhance the value we create in the marketplace. I look forward to their continued contributions to the growth and success of our people and our firm,” Russell continued. “I am confident they will excel in their new roles.”
In addition to real estate, Scott works with a wide variety of clients, including those in the telecommunications and financial industries. She also has experience in federal, state, and international compliance for individuals, trusts, and pass-through entities. She is a member on the Seattle Children’s Museum’s Auxiliary Council, where she is passionate about their mission to bring to life the joy of discovery for children and their families.
“I am thrilled to have achieved partner at a firm that I am proud to represent,” Scott said. “To be a part of a collaborative, proactive, and committed team where I am empowered and appreciated is inspiring. Peterson Sullivan’s dedication to the community and investment in our people motivates me to deliver the best client service and to provide quality mentorship so staff have opportunities to advance and improve.”

His client portfolio ranges in diversity where he is adept at tackling technical issues and facilitating problem resolutions. He is also the vice chair of the Accounting Advisory Board for the Carson College of Business at WSU where he is able to use his knowledge of the industry to provide guidance to the school and students.
“This opportunity means a great deal to me,” Bowman said. “Having been at Peterson Sullivan my whole career, it has been an honor to experience the evolution of the organization and to see it grow into one of the largest local firms in Seattle.
