Seattle, Wash. (October 25, 2022) – Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Patricia Loveall, SIOR has been elected 2022 SIOR Global President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). She served as SIOR Vice President in 2019 and has been an active member since 1997.
Loveall began her career in commercial real estate over 35 years ago. She is a consistent top producer at Kidder Mathews, where she is an industrial and corporate services specialist in our South Seattle office. She has been involved in sales and leasing transactions totaling more than three billion dollars in value. Clients she has represented include Weyerhaeuser, PACCAR, Home Depot, Nuveen, Dermody Properties, CenterPoint, and Clarion.
In addition to her involvement with SIOR, Loveall is a Fellow and past Board Director of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), a past Board Member of CREW, and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the King County Board of Realtors.
