Seattle, Wash. (July 15, 2019) – Premier multifamily sales investment team led by Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson join Kidder Mathews in its downtown Seattle office. Simon and Anderson are joined by investment broker Matt Laird, mortgage broker, Alex Mundy, senior marketing specialist Cate Chase, and financial analyst, Tyler Blaikie.
The team of six specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties and development land in Seattle and the Puget Sound area. Collectively, the team possesses nearly 50 years of commercial real estate industry experience and they have completed nearly $1 billion in multifamily investment transactions, including the sale of over 7,000 units, over the past five years.
