Kirkland, Wash. – MainStreet Property Group LLC, a full-service Kirkland-based real estate developer, announced the start of construction at The Pine, a new seven-story multi-family building in Kirkland, Wash. The building is slated to open in Summer 2023.

Constructed with reclaimed building materials from the warehouse previously located on-site, The Pine will include balanced and efficient heating/cooling; 100 percent LED lighting; electric car charging stations; energy-efficient windows/appliances; low-flow plumbing fixtures; and sustainable plantings including a drought-tolerant, native plant palette and green roof.

Additional project team members include DAHLIN (architect), Graphite (interior design), Blueline (civil engineer and landscape architect), Emerald City (electrical engineer), DCI (structural engineer) and O’Brien 360 (LEED design). Insite Property Solutions will provide professional property management services.
