Laird Norton Co. will vacate downtown Seattle's Norton Building by year-end for a full floor at the Hines-managed 2+U tower, capping a year in which the landmark lost its owner to foreclosure, a major architecture tenant to Pioneer Square and now the family company whose name it carries.
