Kidder Mathews Welcomes Office Tenant Advisory Specialist Matthew Renshaw in Seattle

Seattle, Wash. (February 16, 2024) – Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome office tenant advisory specialist Matthew Renshaw as a senior vice president. He brings over 20 years of market expertise, representing both tenants and landlords. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Renshaw spent 15 years at CBRE, where he served as vice president, CB Commercial as managing principal, and SVN as managing principal.

Over the course of his career, he has brokered over 11,000,000 square feet of office space. His clients include Verizon, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (acquired by Ally Financial), Union Bank (recently purchased by US Bank), Bank One, and Mizuho Financial Group. He also provided pro bono brokerage services to the Special Olympics.
