Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top producer at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to brokerage, he spent over a decade in technology sales and marketing.
Nicholes has cultivated an extensive national network of publicly traded institutions, corporations, private equity firms, and private investors, which he utilizes to maximize results for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated more than 700,000 square feet of property, totaling over $70 million in value.
