Glendale, Calif. (October 17, 2018) – Commercial real estate firm, Kidder Mathews, announced it has opened an office in Glendale, California and has recruited five local brokers. This marks the firm’s seventh Southern California office to open in the past three years.
The new hires include:
Bill Boyd has been named an executive vice president and partner in the firm. He is a veteran with over 37 years in the commercial real estate industry. Boyd is an office specialist and has participated in transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value, and he has leased more than 6 million square feet of office space throughout the Los Angeles area.
Linda Lee has been named an executive vice president and partner in the firm. She is an office specialist and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years. Lee holds the CCIM designation and has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. Lee has been featured in the nationally published real estate Forum as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” and “Top 40 Under 40” commercial real estate professionals.
Dennis Slattery joins Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president. He is a veteran with over 40 years in the commercial real estate industry. Slattery specializes in the selling and leasing of industrial, R&D, retail, and office properties in Southern California. His career experience includes project management and development responsibilities for several office, neighborhood shopping center, and industrial projects surpassing 7 million square feet. Clients he has worked with include Target, Nortel Networks, City National Bank, and Wells Fargo.
Scott Unger joins Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president. He is an office specialist and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for nine years. Early in his career, he was honored by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal as Rookie of the Year as the top commercial real estate professional in the region.
Lauren Nesmith joins Kidder Mathews as a senior associate. She specializes in office tenant and landlord representation.
Boyd, Lee, Slattery, Unger, and Nesmith all come to Kidder Mathews from the Tri-City office of Charles Dunn Company.
