Seattle, WA (August 24, 2018) – Holly Hindmarsh, Occupancy Planning Services Manager – Buildingi, was named the Washington State Young Leader of the Year 2018 by CoreNet Global Washington State.
Hindmarsh was selected for the 2018 award for her ability to uncover creative ways to address problems and proactively mitigate potential issues with her employer as well as her clients to excel and succeed.
Hindmarsh established a space management program, which provides Commercial Real Estate organizations and professionals a method for determining seat and office eligibility, adjacency tracking, quantification of growth by organizations, and how to appropriately allocate the right type of space to meet organizational needs. This provided her clients the ability to identify a solution that provides an adjustable life cycle to meet the future needs of the organization and result in yielding the highest and best use of their real estate assets.
In her current role, Hindmarsh uses her more than 20 years of computer-aided drafting and design (CAD) experience to focus on occupancy data analysis and reporting, together with realistic action plans to help keep up with the pace of change for her clients. Hindmarsh has a working knowledge of numerous IWMS software applications, as well as various industry standards referenced in space and workplace management.
Hindmarsh has been a member of CoreNet Global for 2 years and has served on the Programs Committee. Hindmarsh is currently the Young Leader Committee Chair and is planning to obtain her MCR designation.
Hindmarsh is now an official nominee for the Global Young Leader of the Year award that will be announced at the CoreNet Global Summit in Boston this October.
This award recognizes the Young Leader of the Year who showed a dedication and enthusiasm for his/her work, exemplifies excellence and should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of corporate real estate (CRE) in any member category.
