January 23, 2018, Seattle, WA – Colliers International announces the sale of the Holden Apartments, a West Seattle 23-unit multifamily property that closed on January 19, 2018. The sales price establishes a new area high of $182,600 per unit, and $242 per net rentable square foot. The Colliers’ Seattle Apartment Team of Sam Wayne, Tim McKay and Dan Chhan represented the seller and sourced the buyer. This was the first time the Holden Apartments had been on the market in 30 years.
Consisting of 19-one bedroom units and 4-two bedroom units, the Holden Apartments is situated in the rapidly developing neighborhood of Highland Park due to its close proximity to downtown Seattle and easy access to amenities throughout West Seattle.
