(EDITOR’S NOTE: the developer of the project is Colorado-based Stonebridge Companies, the general contractor is Deacon Construction and the architect is Ankrom Moisan. There are three unit-types in the hotel (traditional, premier and superior) that range from 192 to 242 square feet. Average mid-week rates for rooms range between $265 and $325 and average weekend rates range between $175 and $200, according to Jerry Stotler, general manager of Moxy Seattle.)
