Shoreline, Wash., March 5, 2021 – GenCap Construction Corp. a rapidly-growing Puget Sound-based commercial contracting and construction management firm, today announced construction has started on its newest project in Shoreline, Wash.
Located on the corner of 180th Ave N and Midvale Ave N, GEO II is a 265,000 sq. ft., 215-unit multifamily project owned by developer AAA Management (AAA) and anticipated for completion in early 2023. Slated to feature six residential levels, three parking levels, indoor/outdoor fitness amenities, a rooftop amenity terrace with clubhouse space and dog run, and an additional 11 alternative dwelling units, GEO II is being designed by award-winning architecture firm Carrier Johnson + CULTURE.
