Tyson Scheenstra has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, TJ Mellema to Regional Vice President of Exxel’s Bellingham office, while Todd Williams and Eric Solem have been promoted as Co-Regional Vice Presidents of Exxel’s Bellevue office.
