The nearly 45,000 square foot office and retail mixed use Everett Marina Village sold to the Port of Everett for $6 million, according to a statement from Coast Real Estate Services. The transaction closed this week, transferring ownership of the complex to The Port of Everett who had held the ground lease since the project was built in 1980. Coast Real Estate represented the seller, Everett Marina Partners LLC, a California-based entity associated with Betty Kuebelbeck and Lynna Baer. The person leading the initiative with Coast Real Estate was Mike Balicki.

The Port’s Marina Village, located at 1728 W. Marine View Drive, was developed in 1984 and includes several restaurants and businesses that have beautiful waterfront views, according to the Port’s web site. Some of the restaurants and amenities include Anthony’s Homeport, Anthony’s Woodfire Grill, Blue Mango Bistro, Whale Watching Tours, Everett Clinic, Water’s Edge Salon and waterfront walkways.

“We could not be more excited for the community, our tenants of the Marina Village and the Port” said Tom Hoban, CEO of Coast Real Estate Services, the property manager for the seller for the past twenty years. “With everything going on at The Port and in Everett generally, putting the project into The Port’s hands to support a long term future for the Marina Village is a great outcome for everyone.”
