NAIOP WA: April DEI Panel | Creating Inclusive Workplaces for LGBTQ+ People

What is it like for LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and how can understanding micro-aggressions, pronouns, and identifications create a more welcoming and safe work environment? Hear from some professionals from the CRE and other industries as they share their experiences and vision of the ideal. This panel will bring awareness to the language, actions, and behaviors that causes harm and that which fosters inclusion. Let’s go beyond the statistics and offer a holistic picture of how we can create a better professional landscape for the next generation of leaders. Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind and questions to put into the chat after the presentation.
