CREW Seattle: Property Tour – 303 Battery

The 303 Battery project is a 15-story, 112-unit, Net Zero Energy apartment building that includes 27 affordable units. The building is constructed utilizing a steel brace-frame exoskeleton and SLI’s patented, prefabricated panel system. 303 Battery will be the greenest apartment building in Seattle using substantially less water and power than a traditional building. This is accomplished through solar power generation, greywater recovery and reuse, waste heat recovery, hydronic radiant heating, and distributed low voltage electrical. Construction will be complete in late 2022.
The property tour will be followed by a happy hour at Buckley’s. The first drink is on CREW Seattle!
