CRE Expert Bill Roberts Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services

July 26, 2017 – Palo Alto, CA – Bill Roberts has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) organization to help lead a new Strategic Client Development program within the firm.

Working out of the Palo Alto office, Roberts will play a critical role within the Cushman & Wakefield GOS organization working to deepen existing relationships and act as trusted advisors focused on bringing value-added ideas to our clients, working in partnership with other parts of the Cushman & Wakefield platform. Roberts will be teaming up with Cushman & Wakefield’s Clifford Radosevic to lead this Strategic Client Development program for top clients in North and South America.

Roberts joins Cushman & Wakefield from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he served as Vice President, Real Estate Strategy and Transformation.

As a 30+ year commercial real estate veteran, Roberts has prodigious, international expertise across a wide range of disciplines from business consulting, strategic planning, and financial analysis to acquisitions/divestitures and project management.

His background includes broad experience in leading a diverse global team of 60 in-house and service provider professionals managing portfolios of up to 70MSF across 800 sites in 70 countries.

During his career he has been tasked with overseeing real estate planning and transactions and leading real estate location strategies globally including the US, China, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Israel and Russia.

Roberts earned a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. His professional affiliations include CoreNet Global Board member April 2016 – March 2019 and CoreNet Global, Northern California Chapter; Chapter Vice President and President, 2012 – 2014.
