SEATTLE — Colliers International is pleased to announce that Bill Condon was prestigiously selected as an Emerging Industrial Leader by national publication Real Estate Forum. Condon is Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Colliers International’s Seattle office.
In his 12-year career, Condon has sold and leased more than 35 million square feet of industrial product, amounting to more than $1 billion in transaction value. In addition to brokerage, Condon also oversees all operations for the 50-person Colliers Seattle office.
In a partnership with Matt McGregor, Condon has a four-person brokerage team focused on large local and international tenant representation as well as institutional leasing and sales for landlords in the Seattle industrial market. Condon and McGregor currently have approximately seven million square feet of institutional agency work and manage four international tenant rep accounts. A short list of Condon’s clients includes DCT Industrial, Prologis, LaSalle Investment Management, and Clarion Partners.
Condon has been named twice to national publication Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 and to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40. In addition, he was named National Rookie of the Year in 2005 by Colliers International, and has been a Top 10 producer in the region every year since then. Condon is a member of SIOR and NAIOP, and serves as a Board Member for Whitworth University Business School for Global Trade and Commerce. Condon is also a Member of the Northwest Next Leaders Council and serves on the Board of Directors for The Washington Association of Realtors.
