February 8, 2017 – Seattle, WA – Colliers Puget Sound announced that Derek Heed has been appointed to Managing Director of its Bellevue office. Derek is a Senior Vice President focusing primarily on the Snohomish and North King County markets and has been with Colliers for over 24 years. Derek has earned a solid reputation with the brokerage community and has been a consistent “Top Ten Producer” with Colliers from 1995 to present.

In 2016, Derek completed 70 transactions and has been involved in leasing over 5,000,000 SF of space and selling over $250,000,000 worth of properties during his tenure at Colliers. He will continue to work as a broker with his partner Gregg Riva in addition to his new role as Managing Director of Colliers’ Bellevue office.
