The Smith Automotive Group sold last week the property where its Chevrolet of Bellevue is housed for $24 million. The buyer was a limited liability corporation called Bellevue Development Owner LLC, whose ownership was not available at the time of this writing.
Smith Automotive had owned the property since August of 2007 when it purchased the asset for $15.5 million.
The company is the owner of several auto dealerships in the greater Puget Sound-area. Along with Chevrolet of Bellevue, it also owns Toyota of Lake City, Cadillac of Bellevue, Buick GMC of Kirkland, Toyota of Gladstone and Mazda of Gladstone.
No additional information about the transaction and plans were available at this time.
