BELLEVUE, Wash. – (Nov. 15, 2016) – GIS International Group has announced the start of sales for Bellevue’s newest townhome community, Park 12, at 13601 Bel-Red Road. Park 12 is being built as a partnership between GIS International, the developer and builder; project architect SkB Architects; GCH, the landscape architect; Wetland Resources, the environmental consultant; and Grid Engineers (structural) and CSP Engineering (civil).
As part of the project’s construction mitigation plan, the team is restoring a portion of Kelsey Creek, improving the stream buffer, reestablishing native plantings and enhancing urban wildlife habitat.
