Seattle, Washington (January 9, 2019) – Jeffrey Ballaine has joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services as a Vice President for the Seattle loan origination team. Jeffrey has extensive experience in debt origination, credit/underwriting, risk analysis, operations management, transaction evaluation, stakeholder relations, and credit management. Jeffrey also has a strong background in commercial mortgage banking with nearly 25 years of experience and market knowledge.
Prior to joining the NBS Financial team, Jeffrey was a Loan Originator and Vice President at Hunt Real Estate Capital in Seattle. In this role, Jeffrey expanded the organization’s lending presence in the Pacific Northwest and cultivated relationships with commercial mortgage brokers, owners, management companies, attorneys, title company representatives, and others in target markets regionally. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has closed nearly $800 million in loans, with over $7 million in fee income.
