Associates Purchasing Intends to Merge with Western Office, Los Angeles

Two Industry Leaders Come Together to Form the Largest Knoll Dealership in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, May 11, 2017 – Associates Purchasing, a privately-owned Knoll furniture dealership in Los Angeles and Orange County, intends to merge with Western Office, Los Angeles, a unit of Western Office Interiors, a leading West Coast Knoll dealership with additional offices in Seattle and Las Vegas. This merger will create the largest Knoll dealership in Los Angeles.

As two of the leading Knoll dealerships in North America, both companies are well-respected and have established reputations working with clients across the entertainment, legal, financial services, real estate, technology, higher education and government sectors, amongst others. Combining their vast resources will bring a customer-service focused culture with the best resources possible, including strong regional presence, an innovative approach to providing design solutions and years of industry knowledge and experience to its partners. Jonathan Felton, former CEO and president of Associates Purchasing, will serve as the new entity’s president and partner.
