38-Unit Heritage Green Apartments in Redmond Sells for $15.2MM

Seattle, Wash. (April 28, 2023) – Winslow Lee and Jerrid Anderson of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, represented the buyers in the sale of the Heritage Green Apartments located in Redmond, Washington this week. The acquisition included 38 units across six buildings with a purchase price of $15,236,000 (approximately $400,947 per unit). This sale follows an already active 2023 for the Simon and Anderson team, having closed 13 transactions so far this year with nine more closings set for the second quarter.

Built in 1991, Heritage Green is well located at 8370 166th Ave Northeast in a highly desired Redmond neighborhood surrounded by ample amenities including schools, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and more.
