276-Unit Hyas Point Apartments Begins Leasing on Washougal’s Columbia River Waterfront

Two of four buildings in the first phase of RKm Development and the Port of Camas-Washougal's 23-acre waterfront project are leasing with up to three months free, while the final two are slated for early and spring 2027, a schedule that runs past Kidder Mathews' fourth-quarter delivery estimate.
