Williams Investments sold their Candlewood Apartments in Everett for $14.2 million or $94,040 per unit to GRE Candlewood LLC in a sale that closed February 9th.
Built in 1970, the 3-story 151-unit Candlewood Apartments located at 1020 Casino Road, include studios and one and two-bedroom units. The apartments also feature a playground, pool and in-unit washers and dryers. Some units also have private balconies and decks and there are roughly 210 parking stalls for residents.
Williams Investments isn’t new to the Everett market, however. The group recently purchased Shoreside Village from Shoreside Village, LLC, a California-based investment group in January. Williams Investments paid $15.35 million or $129,000 per unit for the 119-unit asset.
Another multifamily asset, a luxury senior living complex called Park Place Apartments sold in December to the Bellevue-based Xiao Family Trust for $11.28 million or $132,706 per unit. The Xiao family acquired the property from Pacific, WA-based Trimark Property Group.
