Baer joined Arup in 2013, heading up its aviation business in the Americas region and directing global planning for the industry. She brings valuable new perspectives to Arup’s well-established aviation competencies: planning, security, IT, operations planning, strategic and business services, acoustics, operations readiness and training, transaction advice, and more.
