Veteran Smart Markets Fund manager to help guide overall strategy
SAN FRANCISCO – (January 26, 2017) – Stockbridge Capital Group announced today that Tuba Malinowski, Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for the Stockbridge Smart Markets Fund based in Atlanta, will take on expanded duties as the newly created Head of Portfolio Strategy for the firm.

Malinowski, who has been with Stockbridge for six years, will help shape investment strategy and portfolio composition for the firm’s core and value business as well as separate accounts. She will work closely with Stockbridge portfolio managers and investors to help deliver enhanced performance in this increasingly competitive investment environment.
Under Malinowski’s leadership, the Smart Markets Fund has acquired 58 assets and grown to nearly $2 billion in gross asset value since its inception in the fourth quarter of 2011.
