The new office emphasizes key expansion into Europe
NEW YORK CITY (April 14, 2016) — Hightower, the leading leasing management platform for the commercial real estate industry, is pleased to announce the opening of the London office and the hire of Chris Harman as Vice President of European Sales.

To lead the charge, Hightower hired Chris Harman as VP of European Sales. Harman brings strong expertise in developing enterprise sales and marketing organizations, and has previously worked at Anaplan, Mindjet, and Infor.
“The opportunity to help Hightower expand with its first European office was too good to pass up,” said Harman. “We are in the unique position to be a driving force of technology transformation in the commercial real estate industry.”
Hightower has already built relationships with significant European owners over recent months. “Hightower and the proptech community are excited to support the globalization of CRE with the next wave of innovation,” said Weber. “We’ve made inroads with some of the larger owners in London, Amsterdam, and other cities throughout Europe. The awareness of and enthusiasm for this new category of software is encouraging.”
The Hightower platform — and its three products: Landlord 360, Landlord Advisor, and Tenant Advisor — now supports localized units of measure, currencies, and terminology of European clients.
Across the board, Hightower is experiencing record growth. In Q4’15, the company saw its greatest quarter-over-quarter growth period to-date, expanding 68% in new assets and 58% in new square footage on the platform. The team is now 80 employees, and has recently opened offices in Toronto and Dallas.
