Marketing Veteran Will Lead Investor Relations for CityView and Expand the Firm’s Relationships with the Institutional Investor Community
CityView Continues to Add to its Senior Management Team
LOS ANGELES, March 22, 2017–CityView, an investment management and development firm focused on urban multifamily real estate in the Western and Southwestern United States, announced today that George L. Ochs has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations. Ochs will be responsible for continuing to develop and expand CityView’s relationships with the institutional investor community.

Before joining CityView, Ochs was a managing director at JPMorgan Asset Management where he worked in real estate portfolio management, client relationship management and business development across the United States, Europe and the Middle East for almost 20 years. Before JPMorgan, Ochs was a senior vice president at Prudential Financial where he managed the redevelopment of the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Ochs holds an Executive Master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver. Also, Ochs serves as a trustee and chairs the Investment Committee for the Pension Boards – United Church of Christ. He will be based in CityView’s Los Angeles headquarters.
