Over the past 8 years, John managed a 45,000 square foot retail shopping center. During those years he was involved in numerous leasing transactions involving national and regional retailers, as well as locally based small businesses. He brings a unique perspective as a landlord; he is able to anticipate the needs of property owners and tenants.
John also brings extensive experience managing the tenant improvement process as well as small to mid-size construction projects; including a full-scale remodel of an occupied retail shopping center. John’s unique skill set is able to fit any client’s needs, large and small.
When it comes to clients, pride in personal service is John’s first priority. Known for keeping his client’s best interests at heart, John constantly goes above and beyond the needs of his clients to ensure not only their satisfaction but also their success, an important asset in today’s complex marketplace.
John is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Bothell Chamber of Commerce and the Northshore Rotary Club.
