SEATTLE—Feb. 22, 2017— Cushman & Wakefield Commerce today announced two promotions in its Seattle office. Tony Kusak, SIOR, was promoted from Director to Executive Director. Will Carroll has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate.

Kusak is a key member of the Seattle Industrial Services team at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. He represents corporate clients nationally and locally in acquisitions and dispositions of Seattle and Kent Valley industrial properties. He also represents industrial owners, executing property marketing, leasing and sales. He has gained thorough knowledge of transaction strategies, with a wide variety of assignments. Kusak is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and his financial background, combined with persistence and diligence in identifying opportunities for clients helps to better serve their real estate needs. He joined the company in 2000.
Carroll, a member of the office tenant advisory team, was also named the company’s Rising Star for 2016. He provides commercial real estate and brokerage services throughout the Puget Sound region with a focus on the downtown Seattle market. He specializes in employing real estate strategies for a diverse client base from tech start-ups, investment firms, advertising companies, and law firms. He has developed a reputation for providing exceptional service to his clients from his loyalty and persistence throughout challenging transactions. His clients are assured high level expertise thanks to this focus, the support of his team, and the resources provided by Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform. A native of Seattle, Carroll attended Eastside Catholic High School in Bellevue, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
