SEATTLE, WA., April 18, 2017: SVN / Raven announced that Chad Gleason, CCIM received the 2017 Team Player of the Year award at the SVN National Conference. The SVN Specialty Awards recognize members of the SVN community who have distinguished themselves in 2016 by making significant impacts on the commercial real estate industry and beyond. The awards – which included Team Player of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, Collaborator of the Year, Trainer of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, Prospector of the Year, Innovator of the Year, and Firm of the Year – looked beyond production results and instead focused on culture. The winners of this year’s SVN Specialty Awards each embody traits that the SVN culture values immensely: practicing collaboration, cooperation and conscious capitalism while excelling in commercial real estate.
Chad Gleason, CCIM, is a commercial real estate and investment broker specializing in Corporate Real Estate, Office and Industrial sales and leasing. Previously, Chad was responsible for regional and national level tenant representation leasing programs and new construction/development. Chad has commercial development experience in Washington, Oregon and California for site selection, construction management, build out and asset management.
In 2014, Chad became the Managing Director overseeing the training and development of the corporate real estate, office, and industrial investment teams at SVN / Raven in the Seattle Metro (Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, and Tacoma Washington).
Chad is a principal in Raven Commercial Real Estate (Est.2013) a CRE development and consulting company based in Kent, Washington. Raven purchased the rights to the SVN franchise to the Seattle Metro area in fall of 2014.
Chad is a member of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) National Subcommittee for Government Affairs and serves as the government affairs liaison for the CCIM-WA chapter. He is a committee member of both the National Commercial and Legislative and Regulatory Committees for NAR (National Association of Realtors), and will serve as 2018 President of WSCAR (Washington State Association of Commercial Realtors), a professional trade association dedicated to serving the interests of commercial/investment real estate professionals throughout Washington.
