Los Angeles, – CBRE Group, Inc. announced today that Andrea Cross has joined CBRE as Head of Office Research for the Americas. In this newly-created role, Andrea will identify market trends impacting the office sector and interpret the economic and property markets for CBRE’s clients in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
Ms. Cross has more than 10 years of experience in real estate market analysis and consulting. Prior to joining CBRE, she was National Office Research Manager for Colliers International. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President with Rosen Consulting Group, where she managed a team of analysts in producing quarterly reports on the property markets, the economy and demographic trends, and managed various consulting engagements for Rosen’s clients.
“Andrea will work closely with me, as well as our Agency & Asset Services and Capital Markets leadership, to provide insightful and timely analysis to aid our clients in making informed office leasing and investment decisions,” said Spencer Levy, Americas Head of Research, CBRE.
Based in San Francisco, California, Ms. Cross will report to Mr. Levy. She graduated with honors from Duke University.
